Making the invisble, visible

For third trimester, our new unit was human right. In this unit, we search about human trafficking in Malaysia. In Malaysia, there are lot's of human right abuse is happening. Reason is people from other country come to Malaysia to work. And country that send their people are poor country than Malaysia.

In this unit, searching sources and understanding what's Human Trafficking is was
challenge for me. Because, at first, I was really didn't know what was human trafficking at all, and after classmates tell me human trafficking is slavery, I could not believe because if Human Trafficking is same with slavery, why they used word "Human Trafficking" rather than "Slavery"? And now, I understand what is Human Trafficking. For search sources, some articled are deleted and some are not able to believe 100% like Wikipedia.

This unit is important with me because we are living in Malaysia, so by learning HT in Malaysia, we can become more safe. And, by knowing these knowledge, we can share these information with our neighbor about what to careful.

Surprised that NGO estimate about 30,000 people don't have birth certificates. Because these people who don't have birth certificates will live without any safe. They could not get jobs, they are not safe whole time, and could get trafficked!

This issue makes me feel little bit worry. The reason is we are living in Malaysia and we could get HT. Who knows? But, in other way, I feel safe than last time, because by learning HT in Malaysia and knowing information, we now know what we need to be careful.
